Adventurous Eating uses proven research-driven methods and role modelling to create a positive, safe environment for children to not only discover new food but also explore new ways of trying food. Why use Adventurous Eating?
What are people saying about Adventurous Eating?
“My kiddo is 4.5 and loves this app. She me asked to buy a butternut squash at the grocery store because Bub tried it when she was playing this morning. We talked about how we will look at it, and smell it, and listen to it, etc. And she knows that even if she doesn’t like the way it tastes, that’s ok!”
